2. Services

DesignHarsh provides UI/UX design, graphic design, and related creative services on a project basis or through monthly hiring. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements.

• Use the final deliverables only for lawful purposes.

• Respect payment and usage policies outlined in agreements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to engage in services with DesignHarsh. By hiring us, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Project Engagement and Payments

• Project Basis: Payment terms, scope, and timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.

• Monthly Hiring: Clients who hire on a monthly basis must pay upfront or as per the agreed schedule.

• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Delays in providing required feedback or materials may extend timelines.

5. Ownership of Work

• Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the final deliverables for agreed purposes.

• DesignHarsh retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

• Unpaid or incomplete projects remain the intellectual property of DesignHarsh.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse our work for unlawful or misleading purposes.

• Resell or redistribute our designs without permission.

• Claim authorship of our work.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project or engagement if payment terms are not met, or if the client engages in unethical or unlawful activity.

8. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on a “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from design services.

9. Limitation of Liability

DesignHarsh shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

DesignHarsh reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
